Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product:

  • We will replace the item or provide a full refund including any shipping costs
  • Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item
  • Provide photos of the damaged or defective product to expedite the process

Non-Defective Returns

If you wish to return an item that is not defective (e.g., not suitable for your needs, wrong size, etc.):

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Return Period

To be eligible for a return, you must initiate the return process within 30 days of receiving your order. Any return request after this period will not be accepted unless:

  • There is a hidden defect that could not have been discovered within the 30-day period
  • The wrong item was shipped to you
  • The product is covered under warranty for manufacturing defects (see Warranty section below)

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment. Please note:

  • Refunds typically take 3-5 business days to process on our end
  • Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
  • For credit card refunds, you may see the refund as a pending transaction before it is fully processed

Refund Options

We offer the following refund options:

  • Full refund to original payment method - Refund will be issued to the credit card, PayPal account, or other payment method used for the purchase
  • Store credit - Receive 110% of the purchase value as store credit for future purchases (excluding shipping costs)
  • Exchange - Exchange the product for another item of equal or greater value (you will need to pay the difference for higher-priced items)

How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your account on our website and go to "Order History"
  2. Select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return
  3. Click "Return Items" and follow the on-screen instructions

  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  • Return shipping instructions
  • A prepaid shipping label (for defective/damaged items only)

Important: All returns must include the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package. Returns without an RMA number may be refused or experience delays in processing.

Return Shipping

Please follow these guidelines when shipping your return:

  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging if possible
  • Include all accessories, manuals, and included items
  • Write the RMA number on the outside of the package
  • Keep the return tracking number for your records
  • Insure the package for the value of the merchandise

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are handled as follows:

  • Defective or damaged items: CS Gaming Hub will provide a prepaid return shipping label
  • Incorrect items shipped: CS Gaming Hub will provide a prepaid return shipping label
  • Non-defective returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned or have special conditions:

  • Software and digital products - Cannot be returned once the product key has been revealed or the software has been downloaded or installed
  • Custom or personalized products - Cannot be returned unless defective
  • Clearance or "Final Sale" items - Cannot be returned unless defective
  • Gift cards - Cannot be returned or exchanged for cash
  • Opened peripherals with hygiene concerns (e.g., headsets with ear cushions) - Subject to a 15% restocking fee unless defective

Warranty Information

All products sold by CS Gaming Hub come with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights and covers:

  • Manufacturing defects that prevent the product from functioning as intended
  • Electrical or mechanical failures under normal use
  • Components that fail prematurely under normal use

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or abuse
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage from water, fire, or other natural disasters
  • Products that have been modified or tampered with
  • Cosmetic damage that doesn't affect functionality

  • Your order number and proof of purchase
  • A description of the issue with the product
  • Photos or videos that demonstrate the problem (if applicable)

Refunds for Special Circumstances

Pre-Orders

For pre-ordered items:

  • You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before the item ships
  • Once the pre-ordered item ships, our standard return policy applies

Canceled Orders

If we cancel your order due to unavailability or other reasons:
